Program Management

Program management encompasses all phases of construction from pre-planning, budgeting and scheduling through design, bid and award, construction and move-in.  Barnhart, Inc. is recognized for a number of innovations in program management including procedures associated with cost estimating and analysis, scheduling and claims analysis. We are currently successfully managing numerous bond programs for K-12 districts throughout the state of California, overseeing millions of dollars for large scale building programs – a few of which are listed below:
