Barnhart Balfour Beatty provided General Contracting services to build this $6.9 million facility, which acts as U.S. Xpress’ Southwestern Regional Corporate Office. Situated on a 38-acre site, the facility can accommodate as many as 9,000 truck trailers at any one point in time. The facility includes two buildings, an administrative office building and a truck service building. The administrative building is a concrete tilt-up structure and features accounting and dispatch offices as well as training and recreation rooms. The truck service building is a Butler style building and includes a truck wash station and storage area. Both buildings have 24-hour television surveillance for added security purposes.
