Barnhart Balfour Beatty is providing general construction services to build a new five-story Medical Office Building (MOB) for the County of Ventura Engineering Services.
The interior design of the building includes a public reception area, auditorium, residency library, teaching areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, pregnancy clinic and infusion center.
The project is located within the existing Ventura Medical Center campus and includes OSHPD regulated utility ties that connect the new MOB to the existing Medical Center.
