Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Office Building
Rancho Bernardo, Calif.
Barnhart Balfour Beatty provided general contracting services to complete this $7.3 million medical facility for Gramun Partners, who is responsible for leasing to Sharp Rees-Stealy. The two-story building totals approximately 58,000 square feet.
The state-of-the-art facility includes specialties such as allergy, hematology, oncology, orthopedics, physical therapy, pulmonary, and urology. The project all features an Urgent Care Center, expanded parking, and clinical space allowing the medical group to add additional primary and specialty care services currently not available at the existing facility.
The building is steel framed with a glass and stucco exterior.
