Barnhart Balfour Beatty was hired to provide $5 million construction management services to remodel a 15,360 SF Army barracks and convert it to a college dormitory for California State University, Monterey Bay. The project also included a remodel of an existing 15,360 SF dormitory facility. As part of the project, all concrete tilt-up structures were brought up to code.
