Community Service
Barnhart Balfour Beatty has a long tradition of giving back to the communities in which we work and live. The centerpiece of Barnhart Balfour Beatty’s corporate citizenship revolves around our annual Community Service Month which typically takes place in the spring.
In 2009, over 100 Barnhart Balfour Beatty employees volunteered to participate in one of our designated Community Service Month projects:

Our community support also reaches schools, foundations and other organizations matching our firm’s goals and values. Perhaps two of our most visible examples of our commitment to the community are the new Ronald McDonald House of San Diego and Junior Achievement BizTown.
