Joining the firm in 2001, Mr. Stenman has effectively managed business operations and contractual risk management at the executive level for the past nine years as both General Legal Counsel and currently as President. Over that time period, corporate revenue has increased from $165m to over $500m annually. Bringing to bear his experience as a General and Mechanical contractor coupled with legal and business acumen as a former government contracts attorney, Stenman relies on more than 28 years experience in the construction industry to provide strategic planning and corporate oversight.
Ranked as the sixth-largest educational builder in America, Mr. Stenman oversees a large portfolio educational projects as well as an extensive amount of work for the United States military, healthcare providers and various cities and counties utilizing the added resources of our parent company, Balfour Beatty.
