Brian Cahill provides management overview for multiple large building programs and oversees the
construction management and alternative delivery division of the company; comprising 70 percent of the
company’s volume. Applying 25 years of Aviation Science and Airport Management experience, Mr. Cahill
also directs Barnhart Balfour Beatty’s Flight Operations department.
Mr. Cahill is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) from the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI). Additionally, Mr. Cahill is a LEED® Accredited Professional and has instituted, as well as currently provides, oversight for Barnhart Balfour Beatty’s CCM and LEED® AP initiatives. Over the course of just one year, these two programs have resulted in tripling the number Barnhart’s LEED® APs from 14 to 48, more than doubling the number of Barnhart Balfour Beatty Certified Construction Managers from three to eight.
