Mr. Rayana joined Barnhart Balfour Beatty in 1996. Under his leadership, the estimating division performs comprehensive preconstruction services including cost estimates, value engineering, bid oversight, and constructability reviews. His expertise provides a comprehensive review of line item costs, scope of work and construction drawing details.
Mr. Rayana holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad - India; and a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma University.
Mr. Rayana is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE). In 1998 he was awarded Technical Estimator of the Year by the San Diego ASPE chapter. This honor came as the result of winning numerous bid proposals as well as a stellar reputation among his peers.
