Responsibilities

• Hardware:
  • Network wiring
  • Server/switch/router general knowledge
  • Wireless networking administration
  • Desktop support (software installation/configuration)
  • Printer/scanner installation and configuration
  • Troubleshooting Phones, desktop, network connections, printers, scanners, cameras, security system for departments daily use.
• Software:
  • Configuration of multiple applications for installation and use
  •  Administration
  • New user setups in Office 365 (other administration also)
  • Reports
  • Batch scripting

Qualifications

• Skills and previous experience desired:
  • Bachelor or Associates degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related IT degree
  • Prior IT experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently
  • Possesses drive and initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Contribute to a positive work environment
