Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Partner with the sales team to support growth and expand market reach
• Create and manage high-quality marketing materials across digital and print platforms
• Design graphics, videos, presentations, and branded content
• Manage and grow Barnhart’s social media presence
• Lead the development and improvement of marketing analytics and reporting to enhance digital performance and ROI
• Track and analyze performance and provide actionable insights to increase engagement, traffic, and conversions
• Maintain and update website content with a focus on performance optimization
• Manage fleet graphics including decals, and signage
• Plan, organize, and execute company events, trade shows, and internal functions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Experience with video editing and content creation is a plus
• Strong familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.)
• Print and large-format design experience preferred but not required
• Experience in transportation or logistics is a plus
